Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from our US-based logistics warehouse network with free shipping and discreet packaging. Most orders arrive within 5 business days, though delivery may occasionally take 6–7 business days.

30-Day Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Home in Bold. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, simply email us at support@myhomeinbold.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and the shipping address for your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

Received something damaged or defective? We'll send you a free replacement — no need to ship anything back. Just email us at support@myhomeinbold.com with your order number and a few photos showing the issue. We'll review it and get a replacement on its way as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
