Shipping

All orders ship from our US-based warehouse network with free shipping and discreet packaging. No product details or sensitive information are visible on the outside of the package.

Most orders arrive within 5 business days, though delivery may occasionally take 6-7 business days depending on your location. All orders are fulfilled through trusted US carriers.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time: 1-2 business days.

Change of Address

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@myhomeinbold.com.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? We accept cancellations at any time before your order has been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please see our return policy below.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@myhomeinbold.com with your order number and a few photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement - no need to ship anything back.

If you are present at delivery and notice damage, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact us right away.

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Home in Bold. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

To start a return, email us at support@myhomeinbold.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
