How to Clean a Sex Positioning Pillow

Cleaning the Cover
Most sex pillow covers are removable. Wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low heat β high heat damages the velvet-like microfiber most covers use. For lubricant spots, treat before washing with a small amount of dish soap, wait 5 minutes, then wash normally.
Cleaning the Foam
Foam cannot be machine washed β it absorbs water and is nearly impossible to fully dry, which promotes mildew. Spot-clean the foam with a damp cloth and mild soap only if the cover has failed to contain a spill. Let it air dry completely (24β48 hours) before replacing the cover.
Preventing Deep Soiling
The best foam care is prevention. Use covers consistently and replace them rather than washing the foam. Many manufacturers sell replacement covers, which is much cheaper than replacing the full product.
