Most Useful Configurations

Receiver on back, hips elevated by wedge under pelvis: creates a clear approach angle for the giving partner. Receiver lying face-down over wedge: elevates hips in a rear-entry configuration. Receiver kneeling on wedge, leaning forward: similar but with more receptor body control.

Starting Out

Start with minimal elevation (low end of the wedge) and adjust from there. The goal is to find the angle where penetration meets the least resistance. Once found, the wedge maintains that angle passively.
